Affirmations are positive statements that when read repeatedly can assist in reprogramming your subconscious mind, shifting your focus and changing your thought patterns or the 'stories' you tell yourself.

Affirmation Farm cards are mindfully designed and written by me on our dairy farm in South West Victoria, Australia. I run my own contracting business, am a mother to three children, a farmer's wife and a self taught graphics designer.

Over the past 2 years I have embarked on a journey of self-discovery and soul-healing. As a result mindfulness and self-care have become huge priorities in my daily life. My attitude to life has changed through focusing on well-being, presence and personal growth.

Through reading, podcasts, participating in online programs and conversing with like-minded people I have been inspired to write these affirmations. The cards are my own words of wisdom and reflect the insights that I have learnt on my journey.

I use these affirmation cards daily to help me focus on what's important, to motivate and inspire me to be my best self. Amid the chaos of daily life these cards encourage me to be mindful, to approach life simply, to be creative, to pause, reflect and breathe. They instill resilience and positivity.

Affirmations are displayed on my fridge, beside my bed, on the kitchen bench to remind me to be present, to breathe through the anxious moments, to shift my focus, to find hope, seek joy and believe in myself.
